About these terms
These terms cover the Nebula Noma game and website provided by Block Browser INC. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or website. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms as required by law.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, artwork, characters, music, software, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content.
Do not distribute unauthorized copies, resell the game or its virtual items, bypass purchase verification, interfere with services, or use the game or website unlawfully. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Free play and optional purchases
Every run is free. Optional purchases may include the one-time Founder Pack and consumable stardust packs. Available items, prices, taxes, and purchase conditions appear in the relevant store before you confirm a purchase. There are no subscriptions. Do not make purchases without the account holder’s permission.
Virtual items are licensed for use within the game. They are not money, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be traded or transferred between players. Purchased consumable stardust stays on the device where it is delivered. Deleting app data, losing a device, or changing devices may result in loss of local progress or consumable balances. Keep this in mind before buying.
Restores and refunds
Eligible non-consumable purchases, such as the Founder Pack, may be restored through the game using the same store account. Consumable stardust does not restore in the same way. Contact startupstartupapp@gmail.com if an item is not delivered, including the store receipt or order ID without payment-card details.
Apple or Google manages billing and refund requests for purchases made through its store, subject to its rules and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights. See Apple refund support or Google Play refund support.
Local progress and availability
The game stores progress locally and does not provide an account-based cloud wallet. Device backups and transfers are controlled by your platform and settings. We may update, correct, or change the game and website, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will respect applicable law and any rights associated with completed purchases.

Platform terms
Your use of the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that platform’s terms. For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where provided with the app. These website and service terms do not replace mandatory platform terms or protections.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available without promises beyond those expressly made. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Applicable consumer law continues to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the game or relevant requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date; additional notice will be provided where required.
