Nebula Noma is published by Block Browser INC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers our game, this website, and messages you send to support. For privacy questions or requests, contact startupstartupapp@gmail.com.
Game progress on your device
Nebula Noma does not require an account. Scores, settings, missions, explorer unlocks, and stardust balances are saved on your device. We do not run a cloud account or cloud wallet for this progress. Your device or platform may include app data in backups according to your own settings.
Optional purchases and platform services
When you make an optional in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The game uses transaction information and purchase status to deliver purchased items, restore eligible purchases, and manage entitlements. Consumable stardust is stored on the device where it is delivered.
The game uses Unity and its in-app purchasing integration. When enabled purchase or related service features communicate with a provider, that provider may process transaction information, installation or device identifiers, device information, session information, country, and technical diagnostics as needed to operate the service. The data involved depends on the platform and enabled features. See Unity’s player privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy, and Google’s privacy policy.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your question, investigate problems, and handle privacy or purchase requests. Please do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
This website
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, newsletter forms, or non-essential cookies. Artwork, fonts, and the gameplay video are hosted with the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel’s privacy policy. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide the game and website, fulfill purchases, respond to support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app targeted advertising. Service providers may process information for these purposes; information may also be disclosed where legally required or needed to protect users and our services.
Your choices and rights
You can manage platform purchase permissions and device backups in your device settings. Removing the app normally removes its local data; a backup may retain a copy. Deleting the app does not cancel or refund a completed purchase.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, and complain to a privacy regulator. Contact startupstartupapp@gmail.com to make a request about information we hold. We may need to verify your request. For information held independently by Apple, Google, Unity, or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or request process.
Children
We do not ask children to create an account or submit personal information to play. Purchases should be managed by a parent or guardian where required. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact us so we can investigate and respond.
Security, retention, and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own and apply their own retention periods and safeguards. We retain information only for the purposes described here and applicable legal requirements.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the game and services change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
